There are a lot of options when it comes to buying online, including many large eCommerce websites. It is important to know the difference between an authorized reseller and an unauthorized reseller. Legitimate sellers are those who obtain products directly from Roadmaster, Inc. or our authorized distribution partners (warehouse distributors). Unauthorized resellers include those who violate our policies, including maintaining product quality and misuse of our brands and trademarks. In some instances, the unauthorized resellers even sell products that are counterfeit, used (while representing the product as new), or stolen.
Validate the Reseller
Make sure to validate the seller you choose to purchase from. On Amazon, what is the seller’s rating? How many reviews are there? Do they have a company website? Can you contact their customer support via phone? Make sure the seller is legitimate. Make sure they are not listed below. The unauthorized sellers listed below are not authorized to sell Roadmaster’s products.
Please take care in choosing a reseller. Although we do not recommend any particular reseller, you can utilize our dealer locator to find a dealer near you. If shopping in online marketplaces, check the reseller’s ratings, reviews, and contact information.
Do not purchase from the resellers listed below, as our warranty does not apply to products purchased from the below resellers at any time they were listed. Refer to our warranty for more details.
